Most apps just let you record total distance with each golf shot - where you struck the ball to where the ball came to rest. 

With QuikClub, you record carry distance and total distance, along with all the weather conditions associated with the shot. 

Carry distance is much more important than total distance, because roll is based off the conditions of the ground, which is out of the players control.
